Join us at the JOYFULL estate for the official launch of our Summer Supper Club Series. Fig & Fire is an intimate evening of open-flame cooking, sultry summer ingredients, and fig-laced indulgence. Expect warmth, wonder, and dishes that dance with fire and fruit.
We'll gather at golden hour, sip something sparkling, and watch the flames flicker as six unforgettable courses come to life. This isn’t just dinner — it’s JOYFULL storytelling on a plate.

Fig & Fire Menu
1. Fire-Roasted Apricots with Fig Molasses & Labneh
Charred summer apricots drizzled in fig molasses over whipped labneh, fresh thyme & pistachio dust.
2. Smoked Beet & Fennel Salad
Coal-kissed beets, shaved fennel, preserved lemon vinaigrette, and sumac-roasted walnuts.
3. Charred Prawn Skewers with Harissa & Citrus
Served hot off the grill with a fig-leaf chimichurri and grilled sourdough.
4. Saffron Braised Chicken with Caramelized Fig Jus
Served family-style with crispy tahdig rice and fire-blistered herbs.
5. Ember-Roasted Vegetables with Date-Tamarind Glaze
Eggplant, zucchini, and baby carrots slow-roasted in embers, sweet and sticky to perfection.
6. Burnt Honey Fig Galette
Rustic tart with roasted figs, golden pastry, and a coconut cardamom cream.
