A bright, floral welcome to set the evening’s tone.

Peach & Tomato Carpaccio Spoon
Thinly sliced Ontario peach and heirloom cherry tomato layered on a tasting spoon, drizzled with basil oil, finished with Maldon salt and micro basil.

Course One: Char & Chill

Charred Peach, Tomato & Watermelon Salad
With mint, pickled shallot, sumac, and whipped feta cloud.

Course Two: Smoky Dip & Crisp

Persian Black Garlic Kashk-e-Bademjan
A smoky eggplant dip with pomegranate jewels, rose petals, and pistachios, served with warm Persian lavash bread.

Course Three: Ember-Grilled Beef

Saffron & Sumac Rubbed Ontario Beef Skewers
Charred over fire, drizzled with pomegranate glaze, and served with sabzi khordan (fresh herbs, radish, walnuts).

Course Four: Summer Harvest

Saffron Corn Ribs with Chili Lime Salt
Fire-roasted and topped with pomegranate jewels and micro cilantro.

Course Five: Peaches & Cream

Grilled Peaches & Rose Frozen Yogurt
Warm, fire-kissed Ontario peaches with rose-infused frozen yogurt, drizzled with saffron honey, and topped with crushed pistachios and pomegranate jewels. A playful, elegant ode to Peaches & Cream under the August moon.
